Evangelism

Rick and Chris Eid, Co-chairs The Evangelism Committee is charged with the responsibility of helping this congregation and its individual members go about the task of sharing the love of Christ. The main initiatives of the Evangelism Committee are: 1. To Communicate to members and the community about St. Paul’s ministry and activities.Communication includes our website, signage in & outside the church and notices & articles in the Herald Dispatch & other news outlets.  2. Increase our congregation’s membership by spreading the good news to potential new members. 3. To participate in activities in our church and community. The Evangelism Committee completed the following items in 2017: Marshal Move-In Day – We coordinated with Christ the King and Cross of Grace Lutheran Churches to provide refreshments and assistance to Marshall Students during both official Marshall Move-In days. We provided soda, water, popsicles and a wide variety of edible snacks while promoting our churches. Designed and printed a St. Paul Blessing of the Animals banner Designed and ordered St. Paul Mugs to place in the visitor bags Coordinated & held a Blessing of the Animals day at Ritter park. 35 animals were blessed.
